Julia Lisi

Julia is the Founder of Full Focus Wellness and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach. She is passionate about empowering her clients, through strength training, to develop a sense of agency over their health that thereby improves their overall confidence and quality of life.

Julia specializes in working with older adults as well as clients with physical disability and/or cognitive impairment and her mission is to make fitness accessible to all populations.
McKenna Yates

McKenna is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With a BFA in Modern Dance from the University of Utah and a professional dance background, McKenna brings a unique perspective to fitness by blending creativity and intentionality into every training session.

McKenna believes in a holistic approach to fitness, combining strength training, endurance exercises, cardio, core stabilization, power training, and mobility work to ensure balanced results. Her coaching style is supportive, motivating, and fun, making every client feel confident and empowered throughout their fitness journey.
